Sutton and East Surrey Water, a UK based water utility company engaged The Reach Agency to build and deploy a self-service customer account management portal. A key driver for this project was to reduce the time and administration involved with disconnecting a water service when a tenant moved out of a rental property. Further to this the facility handled the presentation of customer bills and allowed personal details to be updated online.

Expatriate and International Investment Account Customer Account Opening – Electronic KYC & AML Processing

Reach designed, built and maintains a new investment account opening portal for the bank’s expatriate and international customers. The key driver behind for this project was to provide TD customers located in many different jurisdictions around the world the convenience of opening an account online. It captures Know Your Customer (KYC) information and checks identity, credit and anti-money laundering (AML) for straight-though processing, while itemizing applications that trigger issues for manual handling. The online process replaced a 48-page application document and increased completed applications by 300%.

Commonwealth Bank / National Australia Bank – Accounts Receivable Services

Secure Portal for high-volume payment reconciliation

Reach developed a secure web-service interface to Computershare’s large-scale payment processing solution. The portal offered a multi-tenanted Locked-Box Exception Handling service that automated the reconciliation process for tenant account receivables. The solution is marketed by Australia’s two largest banks for their tier-1 clients.
