Self-Serve Customer Account Management Service

Sutton and South-East Surrey and UK based water utility company engaged The Reach Agency to build and deploy a self-service customer account management portal. A key driver for this project was to reduce the time and administration involved with disconnecting a water service when a tenant moved out of a rental property. Further to this the facility handled the presentation of customer bills and allowed personal details to be updated online.

Financial Account Opening and Rollover

Reach was engaged by the super administration provider Superpartners to deliver a digital Membership Roll Over & Account Onboarding solution for their clients. Available to new and existing customers, the onboarding solution made it possible to electronically roll superannuation monies from one provider to a preferred fund. The delivered solution achieved a significant milestone for the Australian Superannuation and Finance industries becoming the first completely paperless administration process for account opening. This was achieved through the use of a proprietary Know Your Customer (KYC) application processing framework and electronic identity, credit and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification. Superpartners’ owned, retirement funds AustralianSuper, HOSTPLUS, HESTA, MTAA and Cbus; it has since been acquired.

Computershare Limited – Accounts Receivable Services
Secure Portal for high-volume payment reconciliation

Reach developed a secure web-service interface to Computershare’s large-scale payment processing solution. The portal offered a multi-tenanted Locked-Box Exception Handling service that automated the reconciliation process for tenant account receivables. The solution is marketed by Australia’s two largest banks for their teir-1 clients.
